ABOUT: This is a residential project that was completed in the classroom at Houston Community College. We worked with the professor to design and replicate an existing Texas home in need of renovation. We spent the semester learning the ins and outs of Revit, with 2D and 3D drawings. The modern ranch house was fully renovated and then rendered using Enscape. 

 

Once the project was completed, we learned to utilize Revit to create a complete construction document set, as seen below. I named my client/homeowner Sukie Price and completed the set with a floor plan, demo plan, partition plan, power plan, reflected ceiling plan, finish plan, and furniture plan. The completed set also included several elevations and section drawings for the kitchen, bathroom, and closet.
